BITCOIN Clarity Act + Fed Rate are all that matters.

Bitcoin (BTCUSD) has entered its most important week of the Cycle. Today's Clarity Act vote and tomorrow's (Wednesday) Fed Rate Decision are the events that can define the rest of September and October as the markets head towards November's Midterm elections. An advance on the Clarity Act's procedural vote along with another Rate hold by the Fed would be incredibly bullish for the market and most likely will push BTC to close above its 1W MA50 (dashed black trend-line) and confirm the new Bull Cycle. Failure for the Clarity Act to proceed along with a Fed Rate hike and more importantly stronger hawkish tone by Chair Warsh for the next meetings, could push the price back to August's Low and even a new Bear Cycle bottom. From a technical perspective, if the Bull Cycle is confirmed without a new correction, this will be the first BTC Bear Cycle bottom since 2011 where the 1M RSI won't hit its Lower Lows Zone.
