LOT Polish Airlines to source Boeing 787-9s from Virgin Atlantic

LONDON - Virgin Atlantic is set to remove two Boeing 787-9 aircraft from its fleet. The Dreamliners will be transferred to LOT Polish Airlines in 2027. The move is part of a wider fleet reshuffle that will have Virgin Atlantic melt its 787 fleet from 17 to 14 aircraft and put the strategy increasingly towards Airbus A330-900 aircraft.

How I Beat The WestJet Strike (And Virgin Atlantic’s Cancellation Fees)

If you have met me or read anything I have written before, you probably know that I travel to unconventional places by unconventional routes, and I like to squeeze as much travel as possible out of my points. This is how I often end up flying an airline like Uzbekistan Airways in Seat 31B. They have a fantastic safety video, by the way.
